International Day of Education 2026

The Power of Youth in Co-creating Education

Education is not built for youth alone; it is built with them.

On the International Day of Education, we are creating a powerful space for educators, teachers, and education leaders to come together for a community-led dialogue that centers lived experiences, shared responsibility, and collective solutions. This is beyond ordinary conversation; it is a call to listen, reflect, and co-create the future of education.

WHY THIS CONVERSATION MATTERS

Across African classrooms, communities, and education systems, young people are shaping how learning happens, often without recognition and support. Yet meaningful change in education requires;

Our teachers are actively involved in decision-making

The youth voices at the table

Together, we will explore;
